WHEN YOU HAVE PLACED YOUR ORDER
As soon as your order has been taken we will collect your eggs fresh (as soon as they have been laid) to ensure that the freshest eggs of the breed you have purchased will be sent out to you. We have a great fertility record as our cockerel to hen ratio is very good. We are always testing our eggs for fertility and we only send out eggs that we ourselves would be willing to incubate. Our birds and healthy and wormed regularly, they are well cared for and we feed them on specialist breeder pellets to help improve breeding/development; this ensures that the chicks are strong and healthy.
WHEN RECEIVING YOUR HATCHING EGGS
Once you have received your hatching eggs it is recommended that you let the eggs rest of 12 hours minimum (24 hours is preferred), nose down in a cool room once they have arrived. Bring them up to room temperature before placing them in an incubator nose down. If they go past their 21 day due date, do not panic as some chicks can come often come out a day or two late.
